WEST ADELAIDE BASKETBALL

Henley High Sports Centre
The Bearcats are partnering with Henley High School in a proposal to develop a new 4-court Community Sports Centre at the school.
The Sports Centre would be used by the school during the day for its specialist sport and other programs, and by community organisations such as the Bearcats after school hours.
The Centre would assist us to consolidate much of our training from single court gyms and to expand and improve development programs, after-school basketball competitions and introduce other new initiatives. We see this facility as complementing the Port Adelaide Stadium, with the aim to have multi-court facilities at various ends of our zone.
Some information from the school about the proposed Centre can be found here: http://www.henleyhs.sa.edu.au/Media/Default/Images/Henley%20HS%20-Community%20Sports%20Centre%20-%20Web.pdf
Infrastructure funding is now being sought by the school, which has initiated an online petition to gather a show of community support.
You can help by signing it and sharing it via email and social media.
