If you are new to the club and have won a place in a District team you will need to buy a District uniform - see Step 1 below.

If you are an existing Bearcats District player then you will have already had a number allocated, so proceed to Step 2.

DO NOT PURCHASE A DISTRICT UNIFORM UNTIL YOU ARE TOLD BY THE CLUB YOU ARE DEFINITELY IN A TEAM.

New Uniforms

STEP 1 - Obtain Your Number

​​

Before purchasing your playing &/or training uniform/s you must apply for a playing number with the club. 

​

Every Bearcats player within a three year age bracket has a unique number (this prevents players in the same team ever having the same number).

​​

To request the uniform number you must send an email to numbers@westbearcats.net with the following details:

• Player Name

• Date of Birth

• Gender

• Age Group (e.g. Under 16 Boys, Under 10 Girls) and team/Division or squad

You will receive an email back within a few days (probably sooner) with the number you have been allocated.

STEP 2 - Order Playing & Training Uniforms 

​​

Once you have been allocated your number you can purchase your uniform.

​

Playing & training uniforms are available for purchase only via the club.

​​

Uniforms can be sized at the Club on most weekend at the below times:

Fridays 4:00pm-7:00pm,
Saturday & Sunday 9.30am and 12.30pm.

(check TeamApp for occasional closures)

The District playing uniform is $116 (reversible singlet is $65 & club shorts $51) and a separate training top (reversible red & black singlet) is $45. Payment is upfront on the day of order – payment can be by credit/debit card, cash, or EFT.

There is a minimum turnaround time of 6 weeks between ordering and delivery.

If you are scheduled to play prior to the uniform arriving, the club will arrange a temporary loan uniform. There is a non-refundable $20 fee for the loan uniform service.
